Who should apply?

We're looking for people who are passionate about playing an active role in the personal and professional development of aspiring LGBTIQ professionals.

We want people who are keen to bring the community together to offer a supportive and nurturing environment for which people can network, build relationships and assist each other in their careers.

In return, we provide a unique opportunity for people to take up leadership positions to support the LGBTIQ community.

Please note: We consider applications and then invite a selection of candidates to attend a 30-minute phone or in-person interview with some of our volunteers.  The recruitment process may also include a take-home mock scenario that should take no more than two hours of your own time to answer.
