Out For Australia, proudly supported by the Boston Consulting Group, are shining a light on the next generation of LGBT+ role models through their inaugural 30 Under 30 awards. These awards recognise and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of young LGBT+ role models from across the country.


Our judging panel were overwhelmed by the amazing efforts and successes that are happening in the LGBT+ community nationwide, and sought individuals that demonstrated:

1.  Tangible contribution/s to bettering the lives of LGBTIQ people in Australia;

2.  Success in their respective career; and

3.  Living the qualities of a role model- authenticity, courage and resilience.

These winners will be recognised at a ceremony hosted by BCG on Wednesday 25 September, where three category winners will also be announced.
